We want you to be completely satisfied with your ACAI Outdoorwear; if your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected for transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
